JESSICA PEARSON: Jessica Pearson’s love for storytelling, drawing on folk, outlaw country, and Celtic traditions, is evident in her songwriting. Playing festivals and venues across eastern Canada, Ireland, Iceland, The UK, the USA and Sweden, Jessica Pearson and the East Wind have opened for artists like The Good Lovelies, The East Pointers, Hillsburn, Blue Rodeo and more. Pearson was nominated for "Music Video of the Year" at the Capital Music Awards and was recently nominated for "Performing Artist of the Year" at the Folk Music Ontario Awards in 2024. She is currently working on an all women created album to be released in 2025 with Juno Award Winning producer Hill Kourkoutis.
