A mouth-watering 18-hour slow roast rib of aged Aberdeenshire beef takes centre-stage for the Sunday Jazz Lunch. Complimenting the magnificent menu and the wonderful wine list is the equally wonderful music of Stephen Triffitt, who cut his teeth starring as Frank Sinatra in the award-winning West End musical, The Rat Pack Live From Las Vegas. For this special show, Triffitt slips into Sinatra’s shoes for what promises to be a truly unforgettable musical journey that transports you back in time from "Blue Moon" all the way through to "New York, New York".
