You'll receive an email from vip@sofar.com 48 hours before the event with instructions for redeeming your VIP package. 
All sales are final.
VIP activities may occur up to 3-4 hours before the show, please plan accordingly. 
The original purchaser must show their photo ID at VIP check-in to redeem the package elements.
All persons in attendance must have a VIP package including a ticket to the event. This includes parental escorts.
If you require ADA accommodations please reach out to vip@sofar.com in advance of the event.
VIP merchandise must be picked up at the event during check-in unless otherwise communicated. 
Sofar reserves the right to cancel packages for any reason. VIP package elements are non-transferable and not valid if resold.
