Tickets MUST be redeemed for an official festival wristband at the Welcome Centre prior to the events. The official location of the Welcome Centre is TBC.  We will update you on this closer to the event.

Student pricing availiable - Must show valid student i.d at the Welcome Centre to pick up your wristband.  If you present a student ticket without a student ID, you will be required to pay the difference to gain entry.

Additional Welcome Centre information and hours will be posted on Prism Festival's social media platforms and all event listings.

Please note this pass is not transferable. YOU WILL BE EMAILED ONE TICKET WHICH IS TO BE REDEEMED FOR YOUR WRISTBAND AT THE WELCOME CENTRE.  YOUR TICKET WILL BE SCANNED UPON ENTRY AT EACH EVENT. YOUR ID MUST MATCH THE NAME ON THE TICKET.
