Si Connelly + Solow Choir + Maddison Goode
Brighton Singer/Songwriter Si Connelly has been steadily rising up the ranks of the UK independent music scene. After releasing a prolific Three Albums across 2023 with Twelve EPs the previous year, whilst heavily touring the UK as special guest to Ocean Colour Scene, Dexys Midnight Runners, Space and Skipinnish.
2024 is set to be just as prolific with Si is touring the UK, Europe and the US, promoting the release of his upcoming albums and his live Prologue EP.
All 2023 albums were Produced by Brit-Award winner Adrian Hall (Black Eyed Peas, Tori Amos), and Change see’s Si return to hit -producer Chris Potter (The Verve, Blur, The Rolling Stones), who produced Si’s much acclaimed debut album with Dom Morley. Speaking to 6 Music, Grammy Producer Dom Morley stated: “I’ve worked with the best. The best singers I’ve worked with? Mick Jagger, Amy Winehouse and Si Connelly. You won’t have heard of him yet”.
The albums lead track ‘Hurt You’ featured on hit ITV drama Monroe, and was also picked up by Coldplay, who backed Si’s vocal performance. Hurt You peaked at 19 on the UK iTunes chart, and the album went on to receive radio and television placement in many territories, including Radio 2 airplay, BBC The One Show and encouragement from Jonathon Ross.
