A four-time Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winner, Taimane has taken the 'ukulele to places never previously seen or envisioned. With her recordings, she has broken down musical barriers using the four-string island staple to summon a full palette of emotions from songs ranging from classical to classic rock, flamenco infernos to tribal hymns. In addition, Taimane incorporates elements of dance, theater and cultural storytelling into her live performances keeping audiences' rapt attention and perched on the edge of their seats from start to finish.

Waikiki is my forever home and while I couldn’t be more delighted to now play on stages all around the world, there truly is no place like home.
